Welcome home.

If you're holding this, you're in a small group walking through HUEMANITY — nine weeks, nine practices, one posture. This is not a workbook. It's a companion. A place to think out loud, write honestly, and let God do the quieter work that group time can't reach.

Nine weeks is long enough to form a habit and short enough to finish. Each week follows the same rhythm: you gather on Tuesday, you watch the teaching, you talk it out, you commit to one specific practice — and then the rest of the week, you come here. You write. You notice. You tell the truth about what God is surfacing.

The goal is not a perfect journal. The goal is a formed life. Nobody will read these pages. They are between you and Jesus. Be ruthlessly honest. Skip the spiritual performance. Write like your soul depends on it — because it does.

A few ground rules.
One Page a Day
Each week has five daily prompts — one for each day between group meetings. Don't try to do them in one sitting. Spread them out. Let them breathe.
Ten Minutes Is Enough
Better to write three honest sentences than to perform a full paragraph. The point isn't word count. It's presence.
Skip the Filter
Nobody is grading this. Write the thing you would be embarrassed to say out loud. That's usually the thing that needs writing.
Bring It Back
Day 5 is "what did God do?" — come to next group with an answer. That is how the circle gets real.
Keep It When It's Done
When the nine weeks end, do not throw this out. Read it in a year. You will not believe who you were on page one.
The whole journey.

One letter at a time. One practice at a time. One honest week at a time.
