Welcome to Hue.Church (“Hue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hue.church, our forms, our online giving, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Hue.Church is a local church community based at 2670 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA. You can reach us at info@hue.church.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Services. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or our systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Use the Services to harass, harm, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission, except as expressly allowed.

3. Online giving and forms

Donations and form submissions are processed through trusted third parties (including Planning Center). All gifts to Hue.Church are voluntary and, where applicable, may be tax-deductible. Refund requests should be sent to info@hue.church within 30 days of the transaction.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, photos, video, sermons, and code — is owned by Hue.Church or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Any other use requires prior written permission.

5. User-submitted content

If you submit prayer requests, testimonies, comments, or other content through the Services, you grant Hue.Church a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for ministry purposes. Please do not submit anything you do not want shared with our pastoral team.

6. Third-party links and services

The Services link to third-party websites and tools (including YouTube, Instagram, Planning Center, and Church Center). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hue.Church and its leaders, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described there.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
