Twenty-one days. One church, on one call, every single day. A journal in your hands that will turn you from a lamb into a war horse 🐑

Nobody prays alone for 21 days. We do it together, out loud, before the day gets its hands on us.
On the Zoom call. Cameras optional, coffee encouraged.
On the Zoom call. We close the week and pray over Sunday.
In person at the building. Then the 10:30 gathering.
Text PRAY to (510) 800-7006 to join.
Need prayer yourself?
Send us a prayer request and the team prays over it on the morning call.
Seventy pages, printed, free, and only available in person. Each day has a short teaching on the left and a page for your own prayer on the right. The meal, then your response.
Every day in the journal gives you four ways to respond. Pick the one you can actually do today. Then, over 21 days, climb.
The beginner. Being fed, learning to talk to the Shepherd. "Feed my lambs."
The disciplined. Under the yoke daily, steady and strong. "Take my yoke upon you."
The maturing. Mounting up, running without growing weary. "They shall mount up with wings like eagles."
The trained. Extended prayer, full fasts, leading others in. "He cannot stand still at the sound of the trumpet."
Fasting is saying no to the body so the spirit can say a louder yes. Jesus said "when you fast," not if.
Vegetables, fruit, water. No meat, no sweets, no rich food. Eat simply, pray richly. The most sustainable lane.
Skip the same meal daily and spend that time in prayer instead. Hunger becomes an alarm clock.
Sunrise to sunset, water only, once a week. The deepest water. Pair it with the daily calls.
Any lane can add a media fast: social, streaming, gaming, off for 21 days. And a fast does not have to be about food at all. It can be whatever is quietly holding you back: the scroll, the shows or music that leave you a little worse, the conversations that drain you, or a relationship that is not helping you become who Jesus is calling you to be. Twenty-one days without it, and the space it leaves goes to prayer.
Never fasted before? Talk to a doctor first if you have a medical condition, and talk to us on Sunday. The journal walks you through it.
Yes. That is exactly who the journal was written for. Page nine is a first prayer, written out word for word. You read it, you fill in two blanks, and you have prayed. Then Day 1 starts.
If you are worried about starting late, remember that prayer is about connection, not clock-watching. God is not concerned with when you start; He is glad you are making the effort to talk to Him. So take a deep breath, begin, and trust that He is joyful and responsive. The page above always shows today, and a journal is waiting for you on Sunday.
A fast is setting aside something you want, usually food, for a set time, so that your hunger for God grows louder than everything else. It is a humble sacrifice: laying down your own desires and saying with your body, not just your words, that you want Him more than what you gave up. Jesus assumed His people would fast, and the early church fasted whenever something mattered. There are many levels to it, from a full day on water to one meal, a habit, or the scroll. Pick the one you can hold for 21 days and start. God meets people who make room for Him.
Go to hue.church/zoom on your phone or laptop. It opens straight into the call. Monday to Friday at 6:00 AM, Saturday at 9:00 PM. Sunday at 6:00 AM we pray in person at the building. Or text PRAY to (510) 800-7006 to join.
We offer printed journals for free, and you are welcome to pick one up at the service on Sunday. There is something about holding it, writing in it, and carrying it through the 21 days that a screen cannot quite give you. In the meantime, this page keeps today’s focus right in front of you.
